Rebecca

Meet Rebecca Clark, a passionate and determined individual on a transformative journey towards a fulfilling career in the hair industry.

Throughout her time at Paul Mitchell, Rebecca has surpassed her own expectations, impressing her peers and learning leaders with her dedication and knowledge. Behind the chair, she has discovered a unique beauty in herself, finding joy in sharing smiles and laughter with her growing clientele.

Rebecca's path to hairstyling wasn't always clear. Uncertain about her career choice, she explored the medical field, but the impact of the pandemic made her question if it was the right fit for her. Determined to find a career that aligned with her passion for helping others, Rebecca eventually found her heart in the hair industry.

The turning point came when Allison, owner of Allison McTigue Salon, reached out to her during a talent search. Stepping into the salon, Rebecca immediately felt at home, drawn to the welcoming atmosphere and the warmth of Allison and Elizabeth. She knew she had found the right place to grow professionally and personally.

Although faced with another tempting job offer in a different salon environment, Rebecca's heart guided her to choose Allison McTigue salon. It proved to be one of the best decisions of her career, as she now has the opportunity to focus on her education, professionalism, and expanding her clientele in a calming, soothing, and luxury salon setting.

Rebecca's future plans are filled with excitement and ambition. She holds certifications in the art of French haircutting. She has also become a certified Bellami extension professional. Extensions and corrective color have been her dream specialties since the beginning of her journey.

Rebecca is inspired by her mentors' dedication to continuing education and looks forward to not only enhancing her skills but also empowering her future clients with knowledge about their own beauty. Her focus on extensions, blonding, and corrective color will pave the way for a successful and fulfilling career.
